OAS 40TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY DELEGATES WILL TASTE PERUVIAN FOOD IN LIMA

Chef Adolfo Perret, in charge of the buffet to be served to the delegates attending the Organization of American States General Assembly to be held in Lima between June 6-8, gave some details of the dishes he will serve to the international delegates.

"We want them to have a chance to taste a wide variety of dishes from our regional gastronomies, from coast, mountain and jungle," said Perret.
He remarks that "Peruvian foods is delicious and varied, and we have the duty to make it more known."
The owner of Punta Sal restaurant revealed that ceviche, causa, ají de gallina and lomo saltado are the emblematic dishes to he served during the OAS Assembly.
"We are using native potatoes in some of these dishes, thus we have coordinated with native producers" said Perret.
