Lonely Planet :
"The entrance to this hotel is through a beautiful 300 year old building, which was formerly a monastery and then a hacienda, behind which are flower filled gardens, a restaurant, a chapel and a little museum. Most of the 69 rooms are in modern buildings, but a few in the original part are more creaky and characterful; one is supposedly haunted. Some rooms are wheelchair accessible. Rates include buffet breakfast, and there is a handy ATM accepting Visa, Cirus Plus and Master Card in the lobby.

By Fodors:
In the heart of the Sacred Valley is this 300-year-old former convent (monastery). The cobblestone walkways are the perfect complement to the well-preserved colonial-era church on the grounds. A museum on the second floor of the main building has an extensive collection of pre-Inca ceramics. The rooms, with tile floors, wood ceilings, and hand-carved headboards, have balconies that overlook the gardens or the terraced hillsides. The restaurant has excellent regional fare and a popular Sunday lunch buffet excellent regional fare and a popular Sunday lunch buffet
