The Melia Lima Hotel staff were so helpful &Maria Melendez met us in Cusco & she was so professional,informative& accommodating. Hola carla, ya no te pude llamar porque perdi tu tarjeta, pero no queria dejar pasar este dia para agradecerte todas tus atenciones, de igual forma a todo tu equipo, que me dejaron totalmente impresionada con sus atenciones, con la coordinacion de todos sus servicios, de verdad que da gusto encontrar emperesas tan profesionales como ustedes, es mas, ya le comente a la persona que nos ve los viajes a toda la familia, que es una empresa muy importante aqui en puebla, mexico, osea que no tardara en comunicarse contigo, se llama alejandro cañedo de viajes hr, espero que puedas hacer muy buenos negocios con ellos.

El unico comentario que tendria es que hubo muchos tiempos perdidos con las conexiones, asi como el hotel Santuary lodge, que evitan decirte comentarios importantes como que es un hotel de no fumar, que la salida tiene que ser a las 9 de la mañana, creo que son comentarios importantes ya que no lo coordinamos muy bien y fue un dia totalmente perdido, ya que para entrar a machupichu teniamos que pagar nuevamente, asi como el regreso, que perdimos mucho tiempo por la coordinacion de los vuelos, que realmente teniamos mucho que ver en cusco y no el lima, pero bueno, son comentarios al margen para que puedan complementar su servicio, son detallitos, en realidad que ni se notan con todo el super sevicio que recibimos.

Dear Carmen,

I hardly know where to begin.

I guess I will just start, but in no particular order of importance - just feedback as it comes to mind.

First, our vacation was a dream come true and was ensured thanks to the professionalism and organizational efforts of your company, you and those with whom we had the pleasure of working on our travels.  Simply said, you all are very buttoned up and it showed in how effortless it was for us from the time we boarded the plan, to our hotel, to our excursions and back.  Thank you and Maria for this great work.  Many in the U.S. think that we have the market on customer service levels, but you all would certainly put that to the test.  So keep up your attention to detail and making the traveler’s needs a primary focus, you will have devoted adherents for a long time to come.

Second, the physical and mental toll of the 4 day Inca Trail trek can wear one down to the point of not fully enjoying the once in a life time magical experience of arriving at Macchu Pichu as fatigue, displacement, climate, etc. can drain everything from even the hardiest individual.  But that was not to be thanks to the patience, good nature and engaging personality of Juan Carlos our guide and the amazing support of our porter crew who blew us away each day as we saw them whizzing by as if there were no mountains before them.  It was a good laugh for us, if not humbling (in a very good way).   I am not a camper/hiker plain and simple, but I wanted to share this experience with my family and friends so off I went on this “roughing it” vacation.  Juan Carlos made it such a pleasure, a joy and enriching experience which is a challenge for someone like me who defines a good vacation by poolside service, cocktails and sun.  So while I was out of my usual vacation element, I found our daily meals with JC and the porter team highlights as we got to share, laugh and break bread with great people in a world apart from anything I have ever seen.  He truly helped keep us motivated, comfortable and moving along to get us to the Sun Gate in good form so we could fully enjoy the efforts of our labors.  He was a perfect fit for our group and we all came away feeling touched by him.

I am forever grateful to your company and all that it did to make our Peruvian experience one that I will carry for the rest of my days.  I am a lucky man for it.

Just a note of thanks to you. We had a wonderful trip and would not hesitate in recommending Travel agency.

We thought both our guides were superb, particularly Eddie Pizarro in Cusco. Maria was also very helpful there.

In Puerto Maldonado our guide Julian Herrera had his hands full as we were with a Russian family including a 9yo boy. WE were the only group in the jungle with a child and feel we should have been informed of this particularly as it was for 5 days. We loved Heath R Lodge.

It was the only negative and not because we do not like children - to the contrary - we love them! But this child was bored and I am afraid, overall, the family were very loud, always making noise which was awful in the jungle. Julian managed this well often having to take us on separate walks, so working harder. I would like this information relayed to his manager as I did not write it on the feedback form in the office. I also believe in such small groups you should inform others if childern are included.

We will not return to the issue of the hotel in Arequipa! They did not stick to their word and did work on day 2. It was a pity as we loved the city. LAN sorted out our reservation there as there was a problem with the INR and I could not check-in on-line. All well in the end.

Travel agency works out of small but obviously very efficient offices and I will always recommend them. We hope to return in the future. Thank-you

Peter and I would like to thank you and your Company for the wonderful way you looked after us whilst in Peru. When we arrived by air from Lima, we were met by your lovely Adrianna who looked after us from then on. We were thrilled that we were given the Presidential suite when we booked in at the Monasterio Hotel and when we returned from Machu Picchu we were again upgraded, this time to the beautiful Royal Suite.


Vilma was an outstanding guide at Machu Picchu and we felt very privileged to only have to share her with another couple, Joan and Carl, whom we discovered had been on our 21 day cruise to Antarctica.

We had a lovely bedroom at the Sanctuary with a great view which made our time up there so enjoyable. Also the weather was perfect, the first time, I believe in 2 months.

Thank you once again for looking after us so well and I will definitely recommend your company to any of our friends who are thinking of going to Peru.

Me and my family would like to express our sincere THANKS for the lovely vacation package that you and your company provide for us. It was a very special occasion and you all made it extra special. We were celebrating my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. In addition, it was my aunt’s birthday and my birthday during the same week. (lots of celebration in one week). From our arrival into Lima till our exit the staff and drivers were excellent. The guides were fun and very knowledgeable. Although it’s not easy to please 9 people; Milly, Maria, Martha and Vilma did a GREAT JOB at making everyone in the group happy!!!! I don’t remember the driver’s names but they were very good as well. We had many highlights on our vacation starting with the city tours, sight seeing on our own, horseback riding and the train ride to MP just to list a few. They were all excellent. Staying at the Monasterio was an unforgettable experience and a great way to end our journey……..what a place. Thanks again to you and all the staff that made this a wonderful experience. It was truly a memorable vacation for our family.

Twanted to send you a note to say thank you so very much for helping to arrange various parts of my trip to peru. i just got back from peru yesterday and i had an absolutely marvelous time while visiting. i hiked up huayna picchu, i got hit with water balloons for carnivalin cuzco, i ate dinner right in the middle of huaca pucllana inmiraflores, i took a boat out to islas ballestas, i flew over the nazca lines, and tasted wine at ocucaje. i just loved it all.
