I just arrived in Vancouver, Canada after a month in Europe. When I get home (Hawaii), I will write a

despite the fact that TACA PERU changed the flight to Buenos Aires causing us to shorten our second stay in Lima. I will write you in greater detail in August.

Perú. The service that you and the members of your staff in Cuzco had provided us had been EXCELLENT. The Inca Trail experience was remarkable - demanding, but also stunningly beautiful and very rewarding. And the service provided by you was outstanding. The tents were comfortable, the food excellent, our guide professional, knowledgeable and passionate about Peru. It was important to us that the porters were happy and well treated, as they were, and it was altogether a wonderful experience. We would recommend it, and in
particular the five-day hike, to anyone.
I have sent some pictures - I hope they get throubgh. I wasn't sure what would be best for you. I hope some of these will do.

We had a wonderful time in Peru. Everything worked out as planned and we
had a fabulous time on the Higham Bingham train and in the Sanctuary Hotel
at Machu Picchu. As promsed here is a photo of us boarding the train at
Cusco.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Monasterio in Arequipa. All of the staff were so accomodating and friendly and eager to see that we were satisfied. The hotel is centrally located and very clean and new. There is a charming rooftop balcony that overlooks the Monasterio Santa Catalina. We also felt very safe and secure at the hotel.

Their rates were quite good and we would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

We also appreciated having you meet us at the airport and your assistance in assuring our stay was perfect.
